The butterfly shirt was born out of a late-night drive. The idea started with the concept of new beginnings symbolized by the butterfly. I used to visit butterfly world in Miami and always be amazed with the colors and patterns that these butterflies would have so it inspired The glowing neon. The blue outline represents the energy and vibrancy of change. “Slick,” reflects the smooth, effortless transition into something new, cool, and unexpected. This design isn’t just a graphic, it’s a statement about embracing change and shining through it with style. This was one of the first designs of Slick that started from a rough drawing from high school and then was edited to create something new. If you look closely you can notice that the wings are not the same and not symmetrical like normal butterflies would have. This was part of the original designed and I liked it because even through its flaws it still looks beautiful and carries the same charm.
