All DTF transfer orders are printed and shipped the next business day from Florida (order before 12 PM cutoff).

  • Typical delivery for free shipping: 1–5 business days

Order Issues & Reprints: Because every transfer is custom-printed, we don’t accept returns once produced. If there’s a print error, film defect, or quality issue, we’ll reprint at no cost. Contact us within 7 days with your order # and clear photos.

Art Upload Recommendations
  • All file types accepted (vector preferred). Raster at least 300 DPI
  • Export high-resolution PNGs (transparent background preferred)
  • Minimum line weight: 0.5 pt
  • Avoid low-opacity designs for best results
  • Tip: From Canva/Procreate → export PNG at 300 DPI
Pressing Instructions

Pressing correctly is key to long-lasting, vibrant results. SmartPeel makes it quick and consistent across commercial presses, Cricut EasyPress, or even a household iron.

  1. Pre-press (optional): 5s at 310°F to remove moisture and wrinkles.
  2. Position: Place film face-down; tape if needed for hats/seams/textured fabrics.
  3. Press & Peel: 310°F, medium–firm pressure, 15s. Peel hot or cold. If edges lift, cover with parchment and repress 5s with slightly more pressure.
  4. Final Press: Cover with parchment or Teflon and press 5–10s for a smooth, matte, durable finish.

Quick Notes: Test press for new fabrics. If scorching, reduce pressure before lowering temp. Wash inside-out cold; tumble low.
