From start to finish, these are the steps and details that bring every Hollywood Prints transfer to life.
1. Pre-Printing Process
Before a single drop of ink hits the film, your design goes through our in-house prepress review.
Our print specialists check your artwork’s resolution, color profile, and transparency to make sure your DTF transfer prints crisp and vibrant. Once approved, it’s sent through our professional RIP software that prepares every detail for high-accuracy printing.

2. Print
We print your artwork on premium PET DTF film using high-resolution dual head printers with 2400 DPI clarity.
Each print includes a vivid color layer followed by an opaque white underbase to make your design pop on any fabric from soft cotton tees to rugged workwear.

🎨 Our printers use vibrant CMYK inks specially formulated for strong color accuracy and long-term wash durability.
3. TPU Powder Coating
After printing, your design moves into the powdering stage, where a thin layer of TPU adhesive powder is evenly applied. (Our team uses our hand selected ultra fine powder.)
This adhesive layer is what bonds your transfer to the garment and ensures a strong, flexible finish that won’t crack or peel even after countless washes.
4. Curing
Once powdered, each film is carefully heated to an exact temperature. This melts and activates the adhesive, locking in the ink and bonding layers together for maximum stretch and durability.
Our curing process is tightly controlled to ensure consistent results across every print.
5. Your Transfer
Every DTF transfer goes through a final inspection to confirm perfect print quality, adhesion, and color match.
Then it’s cut, packed, and shipped (or ready for local pickup) straight from our Hollywood Prints studio ready for you to press and create.
6. Press Your Transfer
